Southbourne is a seven bedroom non smoking Guest house run by Margaret and Stephen for the past twenty six years. We are situated on the level in a semi residential tree lined road only minutes from the town, both beaches and local amenities.  Theatre , conference centre , golf courses, bowling green, cricket ground, ski and snowboard centre, fishing, sailing and walking are all near by.

Parking is available in our car park at the rear of the guest house and also secure bicycle storage.  There are no restrictions for parking on St David’s road. At the front there is a pleasant rose garden with table and chairs for you to enjoy the lovely Welsh sun.
